I. Payment Terms
The deadline of initial / full payment is usually included in the order confirmation provided. Hence, take note of the given dates.• Please do not forget to submit the payment form once the payment has been sent to my payment options. No payment form = no payment made.• ALL payments sent after the given deadline will have a 50php fee charge PER day. You may reach out prior to the deadline if there will be delays, however, only valid reasons will be accepted. I usually give 1 to 3 days payment extension. However, the extension will still vary depending on the buyer's case.• For instance that I did not receive any payment during the given extension, your order will automatically be canceled. Therefore, you will be blocked, posted as a bogus buyer and not allowed to have any transactions with me anymore.II. Arrival of Items, Delivery and Courier Options• Items purchased from Korea / Japan / China usually arrive 4 - 6 weeks, except for orders under Yzy as they don’t issue the exact release date. Please take note of unexpected delays that may occur (e.g., peak season, delayed shipment from direct shops etc) which affects the estimated arrival of your items.• Once the items are on-hand, I usually send out arrival notice / updates via direct message to all buyers. I don’t have a specific shipping schedule previously, however, starting on May I will be shipping all orders during the weekends only since I am not always in Laguna (where the items are delivered to).• The available couriers are SCO, J&T Direct, Lalamove (SDD), LBC and Flash Express.• I am not liable, and shall not be held accountable for any delay and on the part of my supplier and/or the courier. In addition, I also won't be held liable to process refund for problems that may occur such as your parcel being tagged as "lost parcel" by the courier.III. Refund
All payments made are non-refundable.• Request for refunds will not be entertained if the orders were not shipped by the estimated time of shipping and/or the courier chosen will have delays in their shipment, except for instances where I will initiate the offer of refund, then such will be processed accordingly.• No refunds will also be issued if the items that you have ordered appeared to have an undisclosed condition from my supplier.• I am not also liable for any issues found on the items that are caused by international shipment and/or during local shipping.
